Your Future: The metals and steel industries have been at the top of the most profitable industries over the past decade with an anticipated growth of 100% over the next decade. Due to the increased technology, more and more consumers are learning the value and economy offered by pre—engineered steel over traditional conventional construction. The entire industry is experiencing an explosion that has created, and is creating, more interest and markets in pre—engineered steel buildings recently, than since it's inception in the 1930's. The Internet and our global marketplace are creating great demands for the pre—engineered steel from the United States, Canada, Mexico, China and other foreign markets.

Desired Skills: We currently have 2 account executive openings. The most important requirement is the willingness to study and learn from our comprehensive audio, text book, class and hands-on training system. This is an inside contractor sales position. No travel is required. You will be responsible for teaching your existing and new contractor accounts how to market ARMOR Steel Buildings, assisting them in selling our big—ticket, pre—engineered steel buildings to their end customer. We even generate leads for the Builders nationally with our National Advertising Agency. No cold calling! Basic computer skills, phone sales, direct sales, or a construction background may be helpful. Above all, we are looking for employees that have good character and work ethics that go the extra mile and are teachable. We feel these characteristics will more than compensate for any lack of sales experience.

Additional Pay Comments: Pre—engineered steel buildings are one of the largest ticket items that you can sell over the phone. The average sale can range from $40,000—$100,000. Commissions average 3% of the gross sale. We have the ideal three—tiered base pay—plus—commission to straight—commission—pay program available. We will find the ideal combination and starting point for you, based on your sales experience and needs. Average entry level income, within 90—120 days, should be in the range of $48,000—$85,000 annually, depending on your experience and effort.

Your Opportunity: ARMOR Steel Buildings' world headquarters in Denver, CO is the mentorship and sales training center for employees and managers who wish to participate in our current and future expansion plans. We are currently expanding our Canadian market. Our new Pittsburgh, PA plant and regional sales office is scheduled for completion in September 2008. Our new West Coast plant and regional office is scheduled to open in 2010. Our Founder and CEO is currently adding 2—4 highly motivated members to the management team who are willing to be personally mentored and trained, over a 12—month period, to fill key Colorado, Pennsylvania and California executive positions. ARMOR Steel Buildings and Affiliates provide opportunities for employee ownership and have an aggressive incentive, profit sharing, stock option and a 5—year IPO expansion business plan.
